Meeting Reminder

At our upcoming meeting, three organizations will be randomly drawn from the vetted nonprofits to present. Each selected organization will have five minutes to share about their mission and needs, followed by a five-minute question-and-answer period. After all presentations, members will vote anonymously for the most deserving nonprofit. The winner will be announced the same evening once votes are tallied.

For Members Unable to Attend

You may appoint another member to vote by proxy. When your proxy checks in, they will pick up your name tag and voting card. Please give your proxy a blank check so they can fill it out for the winning organization after the vote.

Donation Options

• Write a personal $100 check made payable directly to the winning organization, or 
• Use the Grapevine app to donate instantly to the selected nonprofit.

If you’d like to set up Grapevine in advance, instructions are available on our website. Assistance will also be available at the meeting.

Note: 

You can easily opt out of the optional $15 Grapevine convenience fee.

Members who cannot attend are asked to mail their $100 check (payable to the winning organization) within seven (7) days to:
